NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SCARBOROUGH SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION:

The Annual General Meeting of the Scarborough Softball Association shall be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 7:00pm at:

McGregor Community Centre
2231 Lawrence Ave. E
Scarborough, ON

Nominations for executive positions will be accepted until 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Proposed changes to the Constitution must me submitted at least 30 days prior to the meeting.
